I have had multiple rhinoplasties, the most recent in 2006. My nose at one stage was too thin. A surgeon (Ira Papel) used a spacer graft to rebuild my nose. I looked terrific.... at first. Over time the scar tissue built up and now my nose looks un-natural, lumpy and asymmetrical. The tip faces downward. I want the spacers removed and the tip re-grafted, yet, what could go in their place? I need to speak to a specialist, someone who has had success in removing spacers.
