Developed muscle tension dysphonia, my throat hurts more and there's scar tissue in my nose. Options to remove scar tissue?

I have sort of developed Muscle Tension Dysphonia progressively after my rhinoplasty. It's hard to even talk now. Has that ever happened? I am a vocalist. My ENT said that i can work around this & get my voice back to normal. But since i've had nose surgery there is a lot of scar tissue. And everything's tighter. The problem is my nose looks great so i'm scared to touch it. I'm seeing doctors to get opinions. But is there a way to remove scar tissue? Or restore some properties?

I'm sorry  about the Muscle tension Dysphonia. I would certainly see a Laryngologist (an ENT that has extra specialty training in the voice). I am certain there are some in Pittsburgh.  With regards the the nasal tightness, there are things that can be done to "loosen" up the nose. However, it depends on how far out of surgery you are.  If its within the first few months of surgery, its completely normal and does take just a little bit longer to soften up.Good Luck!
