Loud sounds of crackling/popping: The noises came from the side of my breast.

It could be air moving or it could be internal stitches breaking. I'd suggest booking an appointment with your surgeon to be examined as soon as possible as only an in-person exam can determine whether there is an issue. Best of luck! 

That is a common concern.  Many women who have recently had breast implants placed will notice crackling and popping sounds. Some will say they hear sloshing or rubbing sounds. This is from the irrigation solution and air that is in the implant pocket but outside the implant.. That fluid and air will be reabsorbed by the body over several weeks. While what you are describing sounds quite normal, it would be a good idea to check with your surgeon.
