Is there a way to correct this only my bottom teeth showing when I talk? (Photos)

When I talk, only my bottom teeth is showing and my upper teeth is hidden. Whenever I talk, my mouth turns into an inverted U shape and my upper teeth does not show. There's also spaces between my bottom teeth, which makes my very self conscious whenever I talk. What do I do?
