I have fat atrophy from kenalog 40 injections under my jawline on both sides of my chin. It was too strong mg for my skin type. I have read several posts from other people that have done saline injections and it has helped heal their atrophy. I cannot find a doctor that will do this. How can I find one? Also what negative side effects can saline injections cause? Are there any side effects if saline is injected in an area where surgery was done 1 year post-op?
