Is cupping recommended for post-Kybella abdomen injections? Would this help agitate the fat for maximum benefit? (photo)

I would not recommend this. You should follow your injectors post care instructions. Let the area heal on its own. 

Thank you so much for your question regarding Kybella.  I do not recommend doing this.  I also recommend following your post care instructions.  Kybella works really well as dissolving fat, but is only FDA approved for submental fullness.  I definitely would not recommend cupping or anything other than your aftercare instructions.

using Kybella and the abdomen sounds like a terrible idea.  I can go on and on and on about why this is a bad idea.  It's simply is. Don't try to remove abdominal fat using Kybella. Cupping does nothing and will do nothing so do you cupping if you like it but don't expect it to change your fat composition regardless of previous treatment.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
