Should I be concerned after lipoma surgery 2 months ago? Can't straighten or flex arm without pain. (photo)

I had a dangling lipoma removed from my right under arm near my arm pit just barely over 2 months ago. I waited the appropriate amount of time to lift and everything. Its red, feverish, and severely painful. I can't straighten or flex my arm without a lot of pain.
