Thank you for your question. Yes, you should be concerned. You may have an infection, or have something that should be evaluated in person. If these are symptoms that have suddenly appeared, then you should get in touch with your operating physician or go to a local urgent care to get evaluated. You may need to have an imaging study to see if there is an infection in that area, and/or be placed on antibiotics.
