I had a dangling lipoma removed from my right under arm near my arm pit just barely over 2 months ago. I waited the appropriate amount of time to lift and everything. Its red, feverish, and severely painful. I can't straighten or flex my arm without a lot of pain.

Hi thank you for your question. I think it is unlikely a blow to your forehead would result in lipoma forming elsewhere. It might be worth seeing a plastic surgeon to have the lumps assessed.
