Question

I have done lasers and many rounds of Microneedling. I am 29 years old with signs of aging and face asymmetry. I would love to have beautifully shaped round cheeks one day, what can I possibly do? I am not looking for the cheap way out so please do not recommend sculptra or any other fillers.

You have beautiful features and a genuinely youthful appearance, and you are absolutely right that 29 is actually the perfect age to intervene, as the subtle volume shifts and asymmetries that come with natural aging are most effectively addressed early before they become more pronounced. I completely agree that while lasers, microneedling, and injectables have wonderful utility, they work at the level of the skin and soft tissue and simply cannot replicate the structural impact of augmenting the facial skeleton itself, which is the true foundation of facial shape and symmetry.

I am really sorry that you have been disappointed with your prior treatments. However, as my regular followers would well know, I am not surprised by the lack of success with the laser treatments, as the hard science to support their use (as with so many other of the expensive light and energy-based gizmos out there that are so heavily marketed and promoted by social media influencers) lags well behind the hype. Sorry. 
Microneedling is best reserved for addressing superficial skin color and texture issues, not for facial contour problems. So, again, no surprise that this was not successful. 
There are, however, robust HA fillers, on the other hand, that are specifically designed for providing facial volume and contour. In expert hands, treatment should take about ten or fifteen minutes, with immediate results and little to no significant post-treatment downtime. 
You would be wise to make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector expert and best of luck.
