How can I improve recessed jaw and jowls? (Photos)

Question

What treatments (surgical or non surgical) would improve my recessed jawline and jowls. I am 37. Would JawTite be a good option for me? I don’t have a lot of fat under my chin. I think it could be a structural problem. I had multiple teeth removed when I was younger due to a narrow palate, and I feel this has significantly affected my lower face structure. I’d rather not do fillers or chin implant but pretty much open to anything else! Thank you

Unfortunately, if you do not want a chin implant then that makes things more difficult. A chin implant is done intra-oral so there are no external scars and can increase the appearance of the recessed jaw. In terms of the jowls, a facelift can be done but you are young at 37 and most surgeons will not perform a facelift on someone that young. You may consider an eccentric lip lift not a bullhorn lip lift. This does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.
