How long do I have to wait for a lower face and neck lift after Radiesse and Botox?

I am 46 and I am thinking it is time for a lower face and neck lift. I started doing Botox in my platysmal bamds and doing a Nefertiti lift 6 months ago. It made a big difference but still not as much as I would like. A few days ago I got 4 syringes of Radiesse to replace the lost volume. But My lower face still isn as tight as I would like and my neck skin is definitely loose. How long do I need to wait for a lower face and neck lift after the Radiesse? Also, do I need to wait for the Botox to wear off before a consultation?
