I have extra padding on my chin plus a pretty prominent divot between my bottom lip and chin. You can only kinda see the line of the divot from the front in these pics, but it’s very distinct in other lighting. If I pull the skin of my chin down, it reduces the divot. I’m considering looking into some kind of procedure to reduce how much my chin juts out. How feasible is this? Could I get the effect through filler or something in the divot? Or do I need to shave or move the bone?
