I always had tendency to visible nasolabial folds even as a teenager, but nothing out of the usual. I feel they have become more prominent now to the point where I am considering a filler. I have heard that filler can stretch skin over time and make it worse and so you need to continue using more filler. Is it true? Are there any alternatives to filler to reduce appearance of nasolabial folds? I do not like the idea of having to depend on filler for 30 years+ when I am only 25 years old.

Hi Geffennudges,
I am sorry to hear that the corticosteroid treatments have caused premature aging to your skin. It is unfortunate that you weren't warned about this common complication. Please do not despair though - there is hope!
I personally do not feel fillers are needed,...
Ultraformer does dissolve filler so it is recommended to have the treatment before filler or to wait 6 months after filler when the filler is starting to degrade anyway
Thermage is expected to do the same .
