I had my first CoolSculpting treatment on my inner thighs and have scheduled the 2nd treatment for exactly 4 weeks later. Is this enough time in between sessions? Thanks
Answer: 4 Weeks Enough Between CoolSculpting? It May Be Preferable to Wait Scheduling your second CoolSculpting session exactly four weeks after your first session seems a bit premature, as your body is still in the process of expelling dead fat cells. You will see additional results if you wait 2 ½ to 3 months. This is especially important when you don’t have much fat to lose. Sometimes, you won’t even need the next session because you are so pleased with the results of your prior session. For instance, even though the recommendation is up to three CoolSculpting treatments, many of my patients are happy with just one session, because up to 35% of fat can be removed at one time if performed with the Zimmer Z-wave at the same time. Please find an experienced board-certified dermatologist to perform CoolSculpting followed by Zimmer Z-Wave radial pulsed therapy for best results.

Answer: Coolsculpting Results--Add Radiofrequency, Thermage, Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, VASER, ThermiRF Yes, you can have Coolsculpting a month apart, but keep in mind, it can take up to 6 months for final results. For best results with Coolsculpting, I recommend a combination approach. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. VASER with ThermiRF is a great alternative. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: CoolSculpting Treatment Hello,Thank you for your question. The answer to this will really depend on your specific needs. If you are in the process of de-bulking, then treating this soon shouldn't be a problem. However, if you are unsure if you need a second treatment, you should wait 3-4 months to see the full results as legs can take a bit longer to see results. Please consult with your provider to determine the best course of action. Good luck!

Answer: Coolsculpting Treatment Plan Hi and thank you for your question! It is safe to re-treat as soon as 4 weeks, however, we often recommend waiting 6-8 weeks to allow for more effect to be visible before the 2nd treatment. Full results are at 3 months. For most patients, we find they need and want that 2nd treatment, unless there is just a minor change needed or not much fat in the area. We like to set realistic expectations and if you need less treatments, even better! Best of Luck! Dr. Grant Stevens
