I had 2 fue hair transplants so far. I know the more fut transplants you have, the more "moth-eaten" the back of your head starts to look. I'm think about having another fue transplant. How does your head start to look after too many fue procedures?

You would need an examination to know how much donor hair is left.  It would depend on your hair density, color, and texture.

You are correct in being concerned and wondering how it will look after too many FUE extractions. In general up to 4,000 FUE extractions can be performed before less density becomes apparent.

The usually formula I used is that if you are a Caucasian with average hair density, you can have as many as 5,000 FUE grafts. As you exceed 4,000 the see through nature of the FUE will become apparent and worsen as the numbers go up. The only solution for this is Scalp Micropigmentation (see below) which works very well to hide the FUE scars and make the donor area look fuller
