I'm not sure why you have such stress after correction of your gynecomastia. My patients are generall very excited and happy after their surgery. If you are feeling depressed you should check in with your surgeon or family doc.

That is a tough question without an in person exam.  Gynecomastia feels like a nugget behind your areola.  Loose skin after your weight loss and a little bit of fat is also a possibility but hence the suggestion to be seen in person.  Congratulations!  I bet you feel great at your weight!
