I was just wondering, I have been pretty lean before and have been doing lots of weight training, I have gotten to body fat that is like 6-7% here is a few photos. I do feel a hard lump under my nipple, but it is not sensitive I have been on several diets, some which have left me at low and I mean very low body fat percentages. I have had mri scans and other check ups saying that it is fat. I am 24 years old. everything else is soft tissue around the chest.

Answer: This is probably subareolar gynecomastia--easily removed!
That is a tough question without an in person exam. Gynecomastia feels like a nugget behind your areola. Loose skin after your weight loss and a little bit of fat is also a possibility but hence the suggestion to be seen in person. Congratulations! I bet you feel great at your weight!
