Congratulations on your lean fit look! I hope you are not using anabolic steroids as part of your muscle building, as this is one cause of gynecomastia development. So is pot use, and some medications or testicular tumors can also cause glandular growth. Most is just idiopathic, and retained from puberty (but not visible until you got cut and bulked).If it is firm, it is gland, regardless of MRI scan interpretation. Careful plastic surgical excision, leaving a small disc of tissue to prevent unnatural adherence of the nipple/areolar skin to the underlying pec muscle, is essential. Otherwise, an even more disfiguring deformity is created. And, of course, you have such little subcutaneous fat right now that this would not be visible until you (re)gained some of you fat layer, and the "stuck-down" nipple then is a real problem.See ABPS-certified (also ASAPS member) plastic surgeons who do lots of gynecomastia surgery for advice. You clearly are fit and take good care of yourself. If your chest is not a problem when you are at your ideal weight, that is the best way to control your appearance. Most men with gynecomastia have unwanted fulness no matter what their weight. If it continues to be a problem, surgery is an option. Select your surgeon carefully. 

If it is there when you are at you lean weight, then it is gynecomastia. If it bothers you, it can be removed.  if it is a small lump under your areola,  then it may even be amenable to direct excision with local anesthetic.  If you are interested in having it removed, then have an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.  Best of luck!
