An in person evaluation is best, but from the limited photos it appears you would find improvement from a brow lift. The area between the brows can be addressed and the depression that concerns you can be softened. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.
The endoscopic technique does not remove excess skin whereas the temporal browlift can remove excess skin and lower the hairline.
