You will need a hair grafts to reconstruct your eyebrow. You may also benefit from a browlift. A browlift can decrease the distance from the brow to the hairline and bring the hairline down lower. This will also equalize the height of both eyebrows positions and the orbital rim. You may also benefit from scar revision.

Based on these photos, it is very likely that you will need at least two stages of reconstruction; removal of the scar and replacement with normal tissue from the forehead and eyelid is the goal including repositioning of the displaced eyebrow. In-person consultation or a teleconference with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience and background in reconstructive surgery is recommended. Good luck.
