Indented scars - is there any incision technique that can prevent this?

I had a direct brow lift on one eye only , just above the hairline and the scar is quite deeply indented and noticeable. I am considering other surgery and am concerned I may have this problem again. Is there any incision technique that can prevent this? The surgery was 4 years ago.

In your case, your brows are remarkably asymmetrical. I would recommend a browlift at the same time of the blepharoplasty.
