Deep malar grooves at 18. Would I benefit from fat grafting?

I'm an 18 year old female and I've had deep facial creases since birth. I am also 5'7 and 120 lbs. Im wondering if I should get fat grafting to solve it because I'm worried it won't take.

It would be difficult to give you meaningful advice regarding facial asymmetry correction based on these photos. A conservative liposuction in local anesthesia would create satisfactory correction of mild jowls. Good luck
