I have this huge irregularity from facial fat grafting I got in Korea . I got it done in November and it looks awful . The lump is dragging down my entire midface/ under eye area . Idk what to do , can I get fat dissolving injection in the under eye area?

Most likely, you have fat, necrosis and scar tissue and this is unlikely to respond to injections with medication like anti-inflammatory steroids.
If the areas are concerning enough, then direct surgical excision is usually the only method.
