The results of fat grafting may continue to change in coming months as some of the transferred fat may atrophy and the volume may dissipate. Fat dissolving injections exist (Kybella), but this product is not intended for a purpose like this--off-label use in this situation would have risks that I would not tolerate in my practice. Once you have healed completely (I would encourage you to wait 12 months), if there is asymmetry or irregularity, a touch-up or revision procedure may be your best option. AccuTite could also potentially help depending on the exact location of the lump. You should have a consultation with an expert in these procedures once enough time has passed.
