Question

My face has less volume on one side and I have never liked the way the lower part of my face looks on this side. Also, my chin looks a little uneven and think I might be getting jowls? I am a 35 year old female. What surgical and non surgical procedures would fix these/make my face more attractive please?

It would be difficult to give you meaningful advice regarding facial asymmetry correction based on these photos. A conservative liposuction in local anesthesia would create satisfactory correction of mild jowls. Good luck

Based on your nicely posted photos, there are a few options you could attempt. In my opinion, I would try a one stitch facelift technique with muscle plication, and some HA, fillers to try and even out the asymmetry noted in your gel area. Another option would be to do a bilateral anterior mini face lift with muscle plication With more pull on the more gel side. Fees would range from $2500-$8000. Best to virtual consult with.

All people have facial asymmetry.
During embryological development, the two sides of the face develop independently from each other, and eventually fuse in the midline.
The human brain is accustomed to seeing facial asymmetry as being normal. If you look carefully at any other person, you will see that they are asymmetric as well. facial asymmetry is primarily based on skeletal structure.
It generally should not be treated.
I suggest you have a few in person consultations. If you want to learn more about science of facial aging and surgical treatments. 
In your second picture, your lips look very different than your first picture.
Attempts at treating facial asymmetry with soft tissue manipulation typically just leaves patience with two asymmetries. The first primary asymmetry, which is based on skeletal structure, and the second asymmetry from manipulating soft tissues.
It is better not to treat facial a symmetry, unless it is severe. symmetry is not associated with Aesthetic perfection.
Having a sense of balance is far more important. The rest of the body is also highly asymmetric with all internal organs being placed on one side or the other.
There is a kidney on each side, but even those are placed asymmetrically.
