I started to notice deep lines under my eyes that bother me a lot when I look in the mirror. They appear clearly in some lighting. When I searched online, I found that they are called malar bags, festoons or edema. I really don’t know which one I have. I started doing some facial yoga exercises and I think it's making it worse Any advice?

It's too hard to tell if you'll need a chin augmentation because it's cut off in the last photo. However, based on the first photo, I think you can definitely handle buildup of the cheeks at least. You can either do surgery or fillers.
