Cheek filler vs implant for my round face? (Photo)

I think my face looks very round and its because of my lack of stronger cheekbones and chin. What fillers or surgery would help me get a more defined look? Mind you I've already gotten buccal fat removal 2 years ago and it didn't do much for me (I've maintained the same healthy weight/lifestyle).

Cheek implant: This would give you instant results, but it is surgical and there would be downtime/higher fees.

HA dermal fillers: This would also give you instant volume and contour in the cheeks, however, dermal fillers last 6 months for some patients while it lasts several years for others. So there can be upkeep with this.

Midface fat graft: you could consider adding your own fat to your cheeks to also contour them. There is more downtime/recovery for this and higher fees depending on where you go.

If my patients are considering both surgical and non-surgical results, I'll ask them: "do you want instant/long-term results versus smaller more gradual results with more up-keep?"

It's too hard to tell if you'll need a chin augmentation because it's cut off in the last photo. However, based on the first photo, I think you can definitely handle buildup of the cheeks at least. You can either do surgery or fillers.
