Cant decide my implant size, Should I go 435 cc or 370 cc implant? Does anyone can help me?

I have found that trying on the implants are the best method to help determine what size implants to go with. Follow your instincts and don't get swayed by everyone else's opinions because you are the one who is going to live with them. Look at before and after photos and find someone who has a similar build as you do to start off and like I said, try them on. ac

I would recommend 3D imaging to assist you in selecting the appropriate size. Personally, I offer the Vectra imaging during my consultations.

Both implants sound too large for your frame to me. Obviously and in-person exam is required for a formal opinion. if the imlant chosen is wider than the natural width of your breast, the implant can slide out to the side under your armpit. I would suggest being more conservative to decrease your chances of needing additional surgeries down the road.

Exact end results and cup sizes are usually quite difficult to calculate as everyone has a different starting point.

There are many different factors that go into choosing a breast implant size which will correspond with your body dimensions while concurrently achieving your aesthetic results. Some of these factors are: Implant size (CC's), Implant profile (Low, Moderate, High), Placement of the implant (Subglandular vs. Dual Plane) etc. We utilize smooth round cohesive silicone gel 'gummy bear' implants for the best results.
