Sounds like you strained or pulled a muscle and that there is nothing wrong with your implants but no harm in checking with your PS.

If the shape of your breast has not changed I would not be too concerned over the implant, you likely have muscle injury

Thank you for your question. I agree with others that your pain is most likely muscle strain and if your implant size and shape has not changed it is unlikely you have damaged your implant.However it is always best to be examined by your plastic surgeon to make certain.
