Which procedures would achieve a more lifted, feminine brow and lid area? 28 y/o

Only 28 but looking like my middle aged dad. What would you recommend, please? Goal: lifted and feminine smooth brow and lids. Alarplasty wouldn't hurt either. Should I consult for a face lift? Would like to enter my 30s happier :/ Thanks for your time!

Hope this finds you well. Many patients experience this over time. Based on the photo provided a lower lid blepharoplasty using the skin pinch technique would work well for you. With a small incision just under the lash line we are able to eliminate all the extra skin. Best of luck.

Hello, I am Dr. Cemil Işık, you have identified your problem well. The treatment for this is only possible with surgery. The tight eye connections we call "canthus" need to be repositioned in right place, a little higher. This surgery is called canthoplasty.

The risk of blindness is always present but is rare in lower blepharoplasty. If you have no bleeding risk, the surgery can be done with minimal risk of blindness, especially since your doctor is oculoplastic with 25 years of experience.

Your eyebrows are asymmetrical, one is lower than the other. You may benefit from a brow lift to correct the asymmetry. This may also improve the upper eyelid skin appearance. I would recommend you do the brow lift first and then if you are not satisfied then repeat the upper blepharoplasty...
