There will be immediate change after removal of implants, have no doubt; capsule around implant is very fine 6 months after surgery and for that reason you will not see much change when swelling goes away. Did you think about smaller implants? Good luck.
Like any implant placement through the lower eyelids management of lip position is an important part of it. At the least a protective lateral canthopexy is needed. But if the goal is to eliminate the scleral show a lateral canthoplasty with spacer grafts are needed.
