Thinking about cheek and paranasal/premaxillary implants. Should I do a rhinoplasty after or at the same time? (photos)

I had doble jaw surgery 10 months ago to treat sleep apnea, and I'm not completey happy with the result aesthetically. My main concern is that my profile still looks prognathic because of my strong chin and my upper lip lacks projection. I also want to get a rhino. My main question is, would premaxilary or paranasal implants improve my upper lip area, and if so, should I do this first, and then the rhinoplasty? Thanks.
