I’m interested in orbital rim implants but have slight scleral show. I’m concerned that because the implants are usually insterted throguh the eyelid, that it may damage my lower lid further and make the scleral show perminantly worse. Is this a likely risk? Is it important to have canthopexy or canthoplasty supplementary to this surgery to prevent this from happening? Thanks!
