I had three c-sections last one was in 2004. I was told my uterus is higher and tilted back. Should I not even bother asking about getting a mommy makeover due to that?

Any wound management postoperatively is the responsibility of your surgeon. I personally cannot see any benefit in putting hyaluronic acid on a healing scar. Conversely I don't see any harm.
