Thank you for your question. There shouldnt be a problem with moving forward with a tummy tuck after silicone shots. I recommend you schedule a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon. Make sure to let them know your entire medical history so they can put together a plan that works for you. Having had previous gluteal silicon injections should not prohibit you from having a tummy tuck.

Each Surgeon may have their own view on this but since it’s a different area it should be OK. I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations for the local board-certified plastic surgeons at which time you can get an assessment and hear firsthand what each provider has to say.
