i have alot ! of backpain i am a e cup im 24 and have been struggling a long time i have no insurance can a plastic surgeon set me up a payment plan how does it work ?

Thank you very much for your question.  Many patients benefit from breast reduction to improve their back and neck pain, rashes, skin break down and improve their ability find clothing.  This procedure is associated with a very high patient satisfaction rate. The patient satisfaction rate is very high for this procedure.  While some insurance companies provide coverage, increasingly, many are denying coverage based on pre-existing exclusions based on the plan your employer selected.  This is a cost cutting measure and not related to the medical necessity or effectiveness of the procedure.  In these situations, most patients will elect to finance their procedure using a financing program such as found online at CareCredit.  You can elect to structure your payments based on what you can afford on a monthly basis or on how much interest you would like to pay.  Best wishes.

If your insurance does not cover breast reduction surgery, or if you don't have insurance, there are options for financing surgery. Many plastic surgeons take Care Credit, which is a type of loan used for medical care. There are also loans available through many banks which cover plastic surgery. Breast Reduction surgery is often something that insurance can cover, but if you don't have insurance there are other options to look into.  A breast reduction can be done cosmetically or not through insurance, meaning the patient pays a cash price for the surgery.  Each office may be different on the type of payment plans they allow.  Many offices work with companies like Care Credit or Alphaeon Credit.  In a nutshell these are medical credit cards.  The finance company would pay the fees up front to the doctor, and then you would pay a monthly fee to the company.  I would suggest contacting a doctor you want to work with to see what types of plans they accept.
