I expected be down at least one size by now. The doctor says he took 1700cc which I thought was not enough. I am now 180 but I believe this to be due to changes in my diet however as I stated, I see little changes in my body shape since the lipo.

With a higher BMI, you're less likely to have significant changes. I would suggest you drop your BMI below 30 and then you might see some changes that are positive. You should address your expectations with your doctor again.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO

Liposuction is not a weight loss procedure, but rather it is for sculpting and contouring problem areas that cannot be improved with diet/exercise alone. Keep in mind, you may have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. You did not ask a question, but you are down 5 pounds. I would suggest looking at your before and now photos to see the difference. Do remember, liposuction is not weight loss surgery.
