With a higher BMI, you're less likely to have significant changes. I would suggest you drop your BMI below 30 and then you might see some changes that are positive. You should address your expectations with your doctor again.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO 

Liposuction is not a weight loss procedure, but rather it is for sculpting and contouring problem areas that cannot be improved with diet/exercise alone.
