Thank you for your question. No heat to the breasts. Ice can be used on the top of the breast if there is a cloth separating the ice from your skin. Ice on the skin will possibly damage the skin. I hope this helps.

After breast augmentation surgery, an ice pack or a bag of frozen peas can provide some comfort. Ice, which helps reduce swelling, is best for the first 48 hours after surgery. I don't recommend putting heat on the breasts, although it can be used for discomfort and aches, like a backache, becauseit brings more blood to the area and helps relieve pain and spasms.
