I have 2 questions. First, I have a mild but rare bleeding disorder that will likely require intravenous delivery of recombinant factor at the start. I have had it in an office setting for oral surgery without problem- would a plastic surgeon turn me away for this condition, however? Is Renuva a viable alternative? Second, I have read one surgeon saying fat transfers do not take as well in people who have had Sculptra injections. Have you found this to be the case? Thank you!
