I had sculptra done to temples 6 1/2 months ago. I had severe swelling when it went down I was left with this. I am told I have some lymphatic blockage but wondering if maybe more and what can be done.

'm sorry this has happened to you. I stopped using Sculptra quite a few years ago, once more robust HA fillers ca(me on the scene whose result can last almost as long as those from Sculptra, are less expensive, require only one treatment session to achieve (Sculptra usually requires three treatment sessions) and can be reversed with hyaluronidase should the need arise. Sculptra has no enzyme equivalent to hyaluronidase with which to dissolve it if there are adverse reactions or undesirable results. Under-eye lymphatic obstruction and edema has come to be termed "puffy pillows." Fortunately, I have developed an algorithm to treat persistent problems created by the use of semipermanent and permanent fillers, which consists of an algorithm of varyiing combinations, concentrations and amounts of intralesional anti-inflammatory agents. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector and best of luck.
