Hello Doctors , my age is 40, I had very tough two years of sadness .no excercise added 10 kg of weight . I feel my face is slightly down of the sadness I passed through after loosing my husband . Now I see slight down face non symmetrical like the right side is more down and flat from eyes to chin. Based on doctors consultation.I have very good skin quality and looking naturally good .one recommended sculptra another RF micro needling scarlet. What do you recommend. Just slight natural lift fix
Answer: Yes to Sculptra. No to chasing symmetry. You look great for your age. You have excellent features - with a beautiful smile and wonderful cheeks and lips. Please watch the supporting video on Sculptra as it's not a filler. It's the most natural injectable in aesthetics. Also - avoid trying to fix asymmetry. Our human body is asymmetric and that includes the face. Beware any practitioners who claim they can make you symmetrical. Watch the video below that explains that asymmetry is more desirable.

Answer: Robust HA Fillers Can Work Well For Improving Skin Sagging Hi Nadia. First, I would like to extend my sincere condolences and deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband. Regarding your question, I am no fan of Sculptra and gave up using it over eight years ago. It is expensive, does not yield immediate results, requires on average three treatment sessions to achieve the desired results, and, if any thing goes wrong, or the results not satisfactory, there is no enzyme that can simply dissolve it away. At least from what I see in the photos provided, you would likely profit from a filler cheek augmentation using a robust HA filler. The original advantage of Sculptra was that its results could last about two years. However, current robust HA fillers can last about 1.5 years when used in the cheeks. The results of this kind of HA filler treatment, when performed by an experienced injector, are immediate, require only one treatment session, typically evoke a "Wow!" and can be reversed readily with hyaluronidase should there be any need. As regards microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF microneedling; manual microneedling works absolutely fine), it is best reserved as a skin "polishing" step for treating any surface texture and color irregularities. It will not address sagging. You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hope this helps, and once again, my deepest sympathies for your loss. !

Answer: Sculptra question Sculptra, when used in the right areas of the face or body can do wonders to a patient who is seeing signs of aging and volume loss. However, your main volume loss is in the cheeks as well as all around the eyes. Such areas should never be treated with Sculptra as granulomas may form. In patients such as yourself, I always advise to consider using their own fat for restoring the natural volume of the face while making the face look many years younger. The results, at least in my hands are natural and practically permanent, while the recovery is practically nonexistent. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery
