Have slightly lopsided face well actually more lumpy on larger side . I am 3 weeks post op and still little feeling in the area What are the chances of lumps reducing and sensation to the area returning thanks

What you are describing is quite routine and expected at this point.  Most people will experience some degree of numbness/tingling after liposuction and/or skin tightening procedures and most will have some "lumps".  The lumps represent some swelling and occasionally areas called fat necrosis.  Both will improve with time. Most surgeons will have a post-operative protocol for care to the area so you should reach out to them to see what they would like you to do.  I typically send my patients for lymphatic massage and encourage self massage several times daily at home as well.  The massage will also help the skin to regain sensation.  Sometimes it can take 2 months or more for these symptoms to resolve and for the skin to tighten and go back to normal feeling/appearance.  Good luck!

Neck tite lipo is really new and to me NOT impressive at all. With that said the lumps may reduce with aggressive massages and external ultrasound therapy. As for the sensory decreases, that also 'should' return by 6 moths. I hope. Soon there will be ATX-101 fat melting injections FDA approve just for your chin. Consider getting these...

It is too early to evaluate your results.  Massage will probably help. See your surgeon regularly.
