What would be the best laser treatment after liposuction?, That helps tightening loose skin, burn any fat left over, smooth the results. -Liposuction areas that were treated are back bluges, stomach, lower back, waist & arms.

There is no way to tighten the skin regardless of what laser is used or other modality. Don't waste your money.

I agree with Dr Wallach. Lasers don't do much. If you have loose skin, then this is something that has to be considered in the decision for surgery and how much should be suctioned.

The lasers for skin tightening that are available today do not provide significant tightening for the skin in my opinion. They probably help no more than 10-15% at most.
