My head feels very very tight 4th day after hair transplant I did see one of the best doctors for this in turkey I had fue so obviously I have a big scab in my frontal area and little scabs in my donor area and this head tightness is driving me nuts will this go away once the scabs come off is this normal?

Protocols vary for each surgeon, but most will recommend keeping the implanted grafts moist with some kind of spray.  This will prevent the grafts from drying out, thus, gradually allowing the scabs to form so it's not all at once.  The donor area is usually kept moist with ointment for several days post surgery.  Once you are allowed back in the shower, which is usually about one week post op, the scabbing will fall off and your symptoms should subside.

The crusting is making it feel tight. This is relatively normal however the crusting should be out by when you are. Talk to your surgeon. Soaking in shampoo can help the crusts but doing that at day four might be too early. Your Turkish doctor should be walking you through this.

Your crusting on the recipient area should have been washed off on day one, Now you will have to leave them on for a good two week before the shampoo can take them off slowly.
