Hi there! Thanks for your question! There is no problem with treating with CoolSculpting if you have had fillers. The applicator is placed under the chin. I recommend consulting with a local CoolSculpting provider in person to determine exactly what you will need! Good luck!
CoolSculpting to treat submental fat is performed in a different area than where you had the filler placed, so it is safe to do the treatment as long as it is one month after your filler. This procedure requires expertise in applicator placement to ensure the best possible results. Choose a doctor who is board-certified and has extensive experience in CoolSculpting so you enjoy an optimal outcome from your procedure.
Thank you for your question! Coolsculpting is safe to do on the "double chin area", even if you have had filler on your chin. Make sure you wait at least 2 weeks after you get the filler done before you move forward with any other procedures in the area. Coolsculpting only targets the subcutaneous (pinchable) layer of fat. It will not dissolve any filler. Good luck!
When CoolSculpting is used to treat a double chin, the applicator is placed under the chin. Fillers used to augment the chin are normally placed in front of the chin and not under it, so in this situation, a CoolSculpting treatment to improve a double chin would not affect any filler in the chin.

It depends on where the exact skin contact with the applicator takes place. It could totally be fine as long as the applicator and skin with filler are not in direct contact. Visit a trusted practitioner to know more.
Great question. CoolSculpting is an amazing treatment to get rid of stubborn areas of fat, including the double chin. I recommend to my patients who want sub mental fat reduction and dermal fillers at the chin and jawline to start with CoolSculpting as this may impact the amount of fillers needed for optimal results. However, it is generally safe to proceed with CoolSculpting 2 weeks after dermal fillers. Rarely, I have seen only one case of dermal filler related late onset nodules after CoolSculpting. I hope this help ,Dr. Michon
It is difficult to tell from your photo if CoolSculpting would provide the best result for you. If the problem is primarily stubborn fat, a nonsurgical method of body contouring like CoolSculpting might work well. Liposculpture is another option for this area if there is too much fat to get a...
CoolSculpting could be done in someone with gall bladder stones, but I would not recommend it for someone with an active flare up of the disease. It would be best to be treated while being healthy. The procedure will not affect the gall bladder or liver though.

Generally speaking coolsculpting was studied on healthy well patients with no recent medical issues. With that being said your cardiologist would have to clear you prior to any treatment. Secondly, in rare cases people sometimes get light headed during treatment or faint and although not common...
CoolSculpting affects the submental fat underneath the chin, so it doesn’t actually address the chin at all. This means you could safely add your chin filler anytime before or after your procedure. You could even have the two treatments at the same time. Keep in mind that CoolSculpting r...
