Is Dark Purple Skin on the Scar Line Normal, Large Rope Like Scars, Drainage, Red Inflammation 12 Days Post Op? (photo)

I am 12 days post op went from a G cup down to approx C/D cup. I seem to have a lot of excess skin that has form rope like scars, RN friends have said the sutures look sloppy. I also have dark purplish skin on the incision line (he said this is "UNHEALTHY" skin & just said to use antiobiotic ointment). Also I still have yellowish slightly greenish discharge from the left breast, none from the right but I do have red inflammation. Got antibiotic today over phone, Dr said come in 2 days.

Relying on that "RN friend" demonstrates someone with a little knowledge confusing the situation more. I wonder how many breast reductions your RN friend has done? You have bunching of the wound edges which could be very normal at this early time post operatively. The real issue is the possible cellulitis that needs medical attention not the wound edges!
