Some parts of my body have got very dark from past few years. Now what would u suggest to lighten them such as neck, underarms in around 2-3 months
Answer: Luminase and Exfolase creams for the underarms I would recommend starting Luminase and Exfolase creams followed by fractional laser to reduce the discoloration. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian#Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: How To Lighten Dark Areas of My Neck and Underarms
As noted, some areas on our bodies will naturally be darker than others. If this becomes too noticalble then I have found the following approach to be very helpful.
For the treatment of your Neck:
The use of at least a 30 SPF sunblock is paramont when sun exposed.
A 4% Hydroquinone Skin Lightening Cream
For Your underarm areas:
Sun exposure is not really the problem
The 4% hydroquinone Skin Lightening Cream and use slightly more frequently that you would on your neck area.
This will lighten these areas enough to help them too blend in with the lighter skin and make them less noticable.

Answer: Dark neck and underarms
You should consult a dermatologist. A good daily sunscreen is a must. A compounded hydroquinone can be good for the neck discoloration, but in reality, your underarms should be a bit darker than other skin.
