As noted, some areas on our bodies will naturally be darker than others. If this becomes too noticalble then I have found the following approach to be very helpful. For the treatment of your Neck: The use of at least a 30 SPF sunblock is paramont when sun exposed. A 4% Hydroquinone Skin Lightening Cream For Your underarm areas: Sun exposure is not really the problem The 4% hydroquinone Skin Lightening Cream and use slightly more frequently that you would on your neck area. This will lighten these areas enough to help them too blend in with the lighter skin and make them less noticable.
You should consult a dermatologist. A good daily sunscreen is a must. A compounded hydroquinone can be good for the neck discoloration, but in reality, your underarms should be a bit darker than other skin.
I would recommend Melarase AM and Melarase PM as an option for difficult PIH pigmentation on the face.
