Tear trough filler created malar crease and I have big dents under my eyes now. It has been 7 days. Is this swelling? (Photo)

Since getting tear trough filler/ cheek filler of restylane I suddenly had malar creases and dents under both sides of my eyes on identical places. If I put any pressure on the dents they become MUCH more pronounced and deeper. My NP states it is just swelling when I sent her pics. I'm so worried. It has been 7 days since I had it done. I ice off and on all day and lightly massage to help with possible swelling per her instruction but they just keeping getting worse. Would more filler fix this?
