Hi @Katykat. I would recommend waiting two weeks before judging the outcome of the filler. If you are still unhappy after that, I suggest you dissolve the product with Hyaluronidase.

I suggest massage and radiofrequency treatments like venus legacy right now, but if you are unhappy at 14-21 days then reverse the filler.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Looking at your photos, you have swelling on the lower eyelids, as the Restylane is hydrophilic usually there is some water retention in the injected area and a little around it. Avoid any salt in your diet, and the massage ma help decreasing the swelling, but it may take a couple of weeks before is less noticeable. In the case the swelling does not resolve, you may need to get some hyaluronidase to remove the Restylane.
