Damaged Columella Tissue? (photo)

I am asian I had big gap scar at my columella after 4th time operated within 7 weeks.The doctor who did me rhinoplasty he can't fixed at the moment coz of the columellas tissue not joint well and left a gap scar.This problem can be fixed and how?And how long should I wait till tissue recovery more till good enough to make scar revision again? Thank you for your suggestion

The width of your nostrils is proportional to your facial features.  If your goal is to reduce the amount of nostril show and make your nose look less like a "pig snout", then I would recommend lengthening your nose slightly by counter-rotating the tip with something like a septal extension...

I agree that it would be worthwhile to address the areas of your concern. I would use only your own tissues to build up the bridge, give better tip definition and narrow the nostrils. If you have had prior nose surgery or facial bone surgery, it will be important for your surgeon to know this...

Dorsal Augmentation is a common maneuver in Asian Rhinoplasty.  This would definately be helpful in your case. The simplest way to see if you would be happy with this is to have a non-surgical dorsal augmentation with filler. This is a temporary treatment and I would not repeat it too often...
