I’ve been receiving Botox for my massetures for a couple of years now has I enjoy the tightening effects it has on the contour of my lower face. I recently received Botox by a different injector, I noticed that she was injecting superficially. If this is the case what effects will it have on my massetures or surrounding muscles/tissue?

Some patients experience a headache or tightness to the forehead after Botox injections which typically resolves after a week or so. It is unusual to have the intense pain in the temples that you describe. I would encourage you to visit with your injector for an evaluation.
