Some patients will also need augmentation of the upper cheek area through filler injections, but this is something that can be performed at a later date. Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. In reviewing your pictures, is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. Implants or fillers are good options for improving symmetry. Liposuction can also slim the face and jawline. You are a patient that would need an in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of these procedures in your situation.

A defined jawline  can be achieved by Dysport® and Radiesse® injections along the jawline, while sculpted cheeks are best achieved with Voluma®. Ms. Hadid's  before picture was taken when she was much younger than her after picture. I suspect her face slimmed somewhat throughout her teens, not just from procedures. Quite frankly the degree of transformation you are seeking for your face is not a realistic one. No amount of defatting of your face, with or without cheek augmentation, is going to create that amount of change. While some improvements are possible, they are just not going to be the degree you ideally seek.
