How can I get hollow cheeks? (Photos)

Question

I am an 18 year old guy and want to get hollow cheeks, like the kinds models have, I understand I probably don't have the genetics for craters in my cheeks but what procedures would make my cheeks noticeably hollow and defined? Reference photos of what I'm talking about. Also I'm a fit male and in shape so having excess fat isn't really the issue.

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. In reviewing your pictures, is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. Implants or fat are good options for improving symmetry. Liposuction can also slim the face. You are a patient that would need an in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of these procedures in your situation.
