The risk of extrusion is too high and it can happen at any time but that does not mean all of them eventually extrude. No one can tell you what category you are in. It is possible the implant will extrude at some point.  You can have the implant removed or watch it and see a surgeon for any signs of redness, swelling or pain.

Over the past 3 years I've avoided the use of silicone nasal implants whenever possible because of the risk of extrusion. However, in your situation I recommend that you do nothing except be observant and seek medical care if you notice swelling, redness, or tenderness  which could be signs of possible problems. Hopefully, that never occurs.
