  You look like you are healing uneventfully from this recent procedure.  I am  confident that the suture line and pucker will flatten with time.  Three days is way too soon to judge the results of your procedure.  I suggest that you check back with your doctor.  Good luck!

Honestly, at 3 days post-op, it is inappropriate for any online consultant (and probably those who might see you in person) to give you worry or reassurance. Things appear to be healing adequately and normally, and there doesn't appear to be excessive swelling or sign of infection. Did your surgeon use absorbable sutures? They look slightly inflamed, which would be normal for dissolving sutures, but maybe not if they are to be removed in another couple of days. Inflammation can increase scar tissue, so some of us would opt for removable sutures that are less reactive and inflammation-causing. Your nostrils do appear altered slightly, but that is the nature of this operation to lift the upper lip--what goes up (lip) must also cause a pull downward on the nose.Assessment of cosmetic outcome should be reserved for at least several weeks, and realistically, since total healing takes 6-12 months, for that length of time. In the meantime, try not to drive yourself (or your surgeon) with unfounded worries. You've got to give it time to get to the endpoint before being concerned about anything but waiting for healing to progress. Hang in there! Dr. Tholen
